voucher or discount code conditions

1. General
   The voucher code Zb. Charme10% is valid from November 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024. By using the code you accept these terms and conditions.

2. The redemption
   The voucher code can only be redeemed for purchases on our website wolkencharme.de. Only one voucher/discount code can be used per order.

3. The restrictions
   The code is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is not valid for the purchase of gift vouchers.

4. For returns
   When returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will be adjusted taking the discount code or voucher code into account.

6. Our authorization
   The discount code is available to all customers unless otherwise stated. Please note that some products may be excluded from the promotion. For example, sales promotions: goods that are already reduced.

7. Our conditions
