How are our goods shipped?

  • Germany (DHL Paket)
    Shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders under €30, a flat rate of €3.99 applies.
    Delivery time: approx. 2-4 working days

  • EU (International Goods Post - Shipment Tracking)
    For orders over 80€, shipping is free. For orders under this amount, the shipping fee is 4.99€.
    Delivery time: approx. 5-12 working days

  • Worldwide (International Merchandise Post - Shipment Tracking)
    There are no shipping costs for orders over 109€. For orders under this value the flat rate is 6.99€.
    Delivery time: approx. up to 14 working days

A notice: Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly longer during major promotions and in the run-up to Christmas.

  • Within the EU:
    There are no customs or import fees.

  • Outside the EU:
    For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. For more information about possible costs, please contact your country's customs authorities.

    Important: If you refuse to accept the package, fees will still apply. These costs will be deducted from your refund if you return the goods.
