There are no shipping costs for orders over 109€. For orders under this value the flat rate is 6.99€.

With Klarna you have the option of paying the invoice amount only after receiving the goods. The payment deadline is 14 days. If you place several orders in a short period of time, please make sure to transfer each order separately to avoid confusion. If an item is returned, the amount already paid will be transferred back to your bank account at Klarna after receipt of the return.

Did you receive damaged or incorrect goods?
We are very sorry about that! Please contact our customer service directly so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Send us a photo of the damaged or faulty item and your order number. Our team will find a solution quickly.
Warranty claim:
We offer a two-year guarantee for our Wolkencharme products. During this period, we will remedy any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper handling or neglect.
- Defects caused by improper repairs or modifications to the product.
- Natural materials that may differ from the images due to their natural properties.
- Contamination on the product is also not considered a warranty claim.
Defects reported after 14 days of receipt of the goods can only be replaced with a voucher for the purchase price of the jewelry. Within the first 14 days, we will offer either a refund or, if available, a replacement item.
Did your package arrive damaged or are parts of your order missing?
If your package is damaged upon delivery and items are missing, please report this directly to DHL within 7 working days of receipt. To report the damage, fill out the DHL damage form and bring the package together with the completed form to a DHL branch. Send us a copy of the damage report by email to info@wolkencharme.de so that we can quickly check the matter and, if possible, arrange for a replacement.

Returns What if I don't like an item?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to decide whether the products meet your expectations. Please make sure to treat the jewelry with care and return it intact, clean and unaltered.
How do I give back?
The product must be returned in perfect condition so that it can be resold. The item must not be damaged, dirty or altered.
Exceptions: The following product categories are excluded from return:
- Gift cards: Non-refundable. The product label must remain intact and unaltered on the product.
Fill out the return slip and note both the number of items being returned and the reason for the return.
Please be sure to enclose the completed return slip with your return shipment.
Note: If the above return conditions are not met, processing may be delayed or the refund may be refused. If you received a free gift, this must also be returned if the return no longer meets the original promotional conditions.

No confirmation of receipt of the return will be sent.
You can track the status of your return using the tracking number.
Returns are usually processed within 10 working days after receipt of the goods.
Please keep your return receipt until your refund is completed.
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a direct exchange. However, you have the option of returning the goods within 14 days of receiving them. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. You can then simply reorder the items you want.
